Sometimes, it’s just like praying…

There are no moments when one cannot meditate - where one cannot travel inwards, shift perspective, note the experience not the context. There are no moments when we cannot step away, free ourselves from illusion, stop the stories in our head. There are no moments when we are not able to achieve total freedom, peace and ease.

Of course, some moments are a damn sight easier than others. But the truth of it all is always there, waiting, ready to welcome us.
